On June 1, 2006 Kevin was ordained to the transitional diaconate at St. Joseph Cathedral in Sioux Falls. Pictured at left is Kevin assisting Bishop Samuel Aquila of Fargo, North Dakota.

In September John was honored as the Outstanding Athlete over 80 (he's 93 years old) at the Senior Games in Madison, South Dakota. Dorothy is pictured at left.

Cody, Wesley, Peg, Don and Kevin attended the wedding of Cousin Natalie Neiss in Houston, Texas on October 7.  This wedding was Kevin's first time performing a marriage ceremony. Of course, we are slightly biased, but we thought he did a great job!
